Make shipping boring, repeatable and safe.
You own the path from a commit to production — pipelines, infrastructure as code, containers and the monitoring that proves it worked. If you have built a pipeline someone else depends on, you already do this job.

What you will actually do
The day-to-day, without the buzzwords.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines teams actually trust
Define infrastructure as code with Terraform, Bicep or equivalent
Containerise services and run them on Kubernetes or managed equivalents
Set up logging, metrics and alerting that points to the real cause
Bake security and secrets management into the pipeline, not around it
Cut deployment time and failure rate, and be able to show the numbers
What we provide
What you get from us in return.
Ownership of real delivery pipelines from day one of an engagement
A say in the tooling rather than a stack handed to you
Work across more than one cloud and more than one industry
Peers who review your Terraform properly
Room to move towards platform or architecture work
You will fit here if…
You have taken something from commit to production without hand-holding
You reach for automation before you reach for a runbook
You can read a failing pipeline and know where to look first
You would rather fix the cause than restart the job
We are hiring across mid-level and senior. If you are moving into DevOps from sysadmin or development work, say so — that route works well here.
