The voice that keeps clients coming back.
You are the first point of contact for clients and candidates — handling enquiries, resolving issues and making sure every interaction leaves people feeling heard. If you are calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy helping people, this role is built for you.

What you will actually do
The day-to-day, without the buzzwords.
Handle inbound enquiries from candidates and clients across phone, email and live chat
Qualify candidate applications and schedule interviews with the recruitment team
Support clients with questions about placements, timelines and service delivery
Keep records accurate and up to date in the CRM after every interaction
Escalate complex issues to the right team with full context, not just a summary
Follow up on open queries so nothing falls through the cracks
What we provide
What you get from us in return.
Full onboarding into our processes, tools and client base before you go live
Clear scripts and playbooks for common situations, with room to adapt
A supportive team — no isolated cold-calling or unmanageable queues
A route into account management or recruitment coordination if you want it
Regular feedback so you know how you are doing and what comes next
You will fit here if…
You stay composed and constructive when a conversation gets difficult
You follow up without being chased — you own the problem until it is closed
You communicate clearly in writing and by voice, adapting to the person you are talking to
You want a role where the quality of your people skills is what gets noticed
We consider candidates at all levels — from those stepping into a professional support role for the first time through to experienced representatives with a track record. Tell us where you are and what you are looking for.
Certifications that help
Useful, never required. We support people towards these once they are with us.
